CASH ON DELIVERY by Team COD

A delivery boy for hire through an app in a dense, fast moving city. 

Deliver the item, find the fastest route, avoid obstacles of the city, and get a good customer rating. After each delivery the delivery boy is rated based on time and will be given tips depending on the given rating. The goal is to maintain an above 3 star rating and be able to pay the rent by the deadline with his earnings.
